Price LeBlanc Allstate Agency -- inside of the Price LeBlanc Family Dealerships!!

That's right, Dah'lin!!  We operate an Allstate Agency inside of all 4 of the Price LeBlanc Family dealerships!  That means you are working in an Allstate Agency where the opportunity to maximize your paycheck is endless!  Our agency is growing rapidly which means we need someone to add to our dream team!  

We are not your average Allstate Agency.  The number of cars we sell each day is a new opportunity to quote, build relationships, and COLD CALLING is NOT necessary!  That means endless opportunities to grow in every aspect!!  As an Allstate Sales Professional, you get a base salary PLUS commission and bonuses. That's right, BONUSES!

As an Agency Sales Professional, you should: have excellent verbal and written communication skills; be a confident self-starter who works well independently; maintains a positive, self-motivated attitude; be driven to fulfill customers' needs; and be willing to obtain insurance licenses.

We have two locations we are hiring for! In Gonzales at Price LeBlanc Nissan and in Baton Rouge at Price LeBlanc Toyota.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN AGENCY SALES PROFESSIONAL (including but not limited to):

- Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals

- Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs

- Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage

- Ensure a positive customer experience

- Be organized and efficient

 *The Sales Professional opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Company, but employment as a staff with Allstate Exclusive Agents who are independent contractors.*

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES:

  • You must have your property and casualty license or must be able to quickly obtain a Louisiana property and casualty license.  (Sales experience is a plus.)
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable).
  • Must maintain a clean, acceptable, and safe driving record.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a social media check, a drug screen & physical, a background check, and a Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language.
