Our Account Director position offers the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our Fort Lauderdale operation and build a book of business with our leading privately held brokerage, where we have the same resources as national firms but the flexibility to tailor our solutions to meet our client’s needs. Coming in as one of Harden’s first producers in South Florida will provide you the chance to tap into an almost untouched market and have a hand in growing an already prosperous organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree (Risk Management/Insurance or related field of study preferred)
  • Florida Commercial Property and Casualty (2-20) license will be required
  • Professional/technical experience
