You will collaborate with a team of risk leaders, analysts, technology, and data partners in support of our risk reporting, risk appetite assessment, and metric governance execution.The Operational Risk Analytics, Innovation, and Reporting team plays a key role in analyzing and reporting Capital One’s operational risk performance to Senior Executives and the Board. The team is responsible for delivering structured reporting to Risk Executives, as well as developing data-driven insights to inform strategic risk management decisions and practices. The Manager role will also support other key risk reporting activities (e.g. risk identification and aggregation, metric governance and curation, and risk appetite) to enhance the clarity and effectiveness of the Company’s operational risk profile.Managers at Capital One are highly motivated Risk Management professionals with strong communication skills and analytical expertise.
