  • Regulatory & Audit Support: Ensure timely, accurate, and effective responses to regulatory, audit, and government agency requests while maintaining compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.
  • Policy & Process Improvement: Establish and champion risk management policies, governance standards, and operational processes that align with industry best practices and enterprise objectives.
  • Program Enhancement: Identify and implement innovative risk financing solutions, technologies, and services that strengthen KBR's overall risk management framework.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor insurance market trends, emerging risks, regulatory developments, and claims patterns to proactively influence risk management strategy.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and talent development while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Planning & Prioritization: Direct departmental strategy, budgeting, workforce planning, and resource allocation to achieve organizational objectives and optimize risk management investments.
  • Strategic Support: Act as a strategic advisor to the Treasurer and executive leadership team on enterprise risk matters, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate initiatives.
