About the Role
Looking to grow your accounting career in a stable, team-oriented environment? Old Republic Risk Management is seeking a Accounting Premium & Reporting Specialist to join our Brookfield, WI office.
In this role, you'll support key accounting processes related to reinsurance activity. You'll work closely with a collaborative team, handle important financial data, and help ensure accuracy across account records and reporting.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, detail-oriented tasks, and building experience in a specialized area of accounting.
What You'll Take On
You'll focus on keeping financial data accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Prepare monthly reports related to premiums and losses for assigned accounts
  • Perform account reconciliations and general ledger balancing
  • Record and track reinsurance premium and loss activity
  • Maintain accurate and organized account records and system data
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve questions
  • Support documentation and maintain prior-year accounting files
  • Assist with ongoing accounting processes and assigned projects
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in an office, administrative, or accounting-related role
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
