We're looking for a Insurance Producer to support our agency in generating new business by selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses and assessing clients' needs, recommend suitable coverage options, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Risk Advisor / Producer (Commercial OR Life & Health)

We are currently seeking Insurance Producers to join our team in two key areas:

  • Commercial Insurance (P&C)
  • Life & Health Insurance

In this role, you will serve as a Risk Advisor and Subject Matter Expert, helping clients identify, understand, and manage risk through tailored insurance solutions.


Key ResponsibilitiesRisk Advisor & Insurance Expertise
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes
  • Assess and quantify client risks to ensure appropriate coverage-avoiding over- or under-insurance
  • Provide strategic, consultative guidance based on each client's unique needs
Sales Development & Client Management
  • Prospect, generate leads, and manage a disciplined sales pipeline
  • Oversee sales timelines, activity tracking, and performance metrics
  • Conduct client consultations and needs assessments
  • Prepare and present customized insurance proposals
  • Negotiate terms and successfully close new business opportunities
Client Support & Relationship Management
  • Deliver ongoing, high-level service and relationship management
  • Partner with internal experts (Claims Advocacy, Safety & Loss Prevention, Bonds, etc.) to support client needs
  • Manage renewals in collaboration with Account Managers, Account Executives, and the Marketing team
Winter-Dent Ambassador
  • Represent the Winter-Dent brand with professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all agency products and services
  • Promote a client-first culture and cross-collaborate across departments

  • Producers interested in Commercial Insurance, Life & Health, or both
  • Strong relationship builders with a consultative sales approach
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license required within 90 days of hire
  • Individuals with demonstrated sales expertise and success with prospecting and lead conversion
  • Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
