Commercial Credit Operations Administrator


We are seeking a Full-time Commercial Credit Operations Administrator who will be responsible for serving as the operational administrator and subject matter expert for commercial credit systems, reporting processes, workflow administration, data governance, appraisal administration, and flood compliance activities that support Commercial Credit Administration.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Commercial Credit operational systems, workflows, reporting, appraisal administration, and flood compliance processes.
  • Analyze and improve operational processes, controls, data integrity, and risk management practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain management reporting and data analytics to support portfolio oversight, risk monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
  • Administer and optimize the Commercial Loan Origination System (LOS), including workflows, system configurations, reporting, and user support.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of commercial lending data across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
  • Oversee commercial appraisal and collateral valuation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank policies.
  • Manage commercial flood compliance activities, including determinations, insurance calculations, exception tracking, and regulatory adherence.
  • Support technology, automation, and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reporting effectiveness, and process standardization.
  • Lead operational process improvement initiatives, workflow enhancements, and implementation of internal controls.
  • Support audits, examinations, loan reviews, and remediation efforts by maintaining documentation and strengthening operational controls.
  • Partner with Commercial Lending, Credit Administration, Compliance, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve operational and system-related issues.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3-7 years of banking, loan operations, credit administration, system administration, reporting, data analysis, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience working with commercial lending systems and banking applications.
  • Strong understanding of commercial lending operations and credit administration processes.
  • Demonstrated experience producing management reporting and operational analysis.
  • Strong Excel, reporting, and database skills.
  • Experience supporting audits, exams, operational controls, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
  • Strong technology aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience with workflow automation, AI tools, reporting platforms, or process improvement initiatives preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational issues, evaluate alternatives, exercise independent judgment, and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and system functionality and determine appropriate operational implementation.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational processes with limited supervision.
  • Ability to serve as a subject matter expert and resource to management and business partners.


Salary description: $70K-$80K/ Annually
