Job Summary:

IAICis seeking aDirector of Enterprise Risk Management to lead the Company's enterprise risk management (ERM) program, including ORSA coordination, corporate insurance programs, and enterprise risk governance. This role reports to the SVP - Risk, Compliance, Privacy and Ethics and serves as a senior risk leader and strategic advisor to company leadership, regulators, and external partners.

The Directoris responsible foradvancing enterprise risk maturity, strengthening governance and risk infrastructure, and ensuring that risk management, insurance, and ORSA activities effectively support the Company's strategicobjectivesin a regulated insurance environment.

Job Location:Remote-USAwith a preference toTexas,Arizonaor Ohio.

Main Responsibilities:

Enterprise Risk Management Leadership

  • Lead the Company's enterprise risk management framework, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across operating companies.

  • Maintainand enhance enterprise risk registers, risk metrics, and executive-level reporting.

  • Partner with leadership to evaluate emerging and strategic risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Support enterprise risk governance, including committee reporting and executive presentations.

ORSA & Regulatory Risk Management

  • Lead the coordination, drafting, and maintenance of the Company's Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA).

  • Partner with finance, actuarial, legal, and operating companies to develop stress testing narratives, risk assessments, and supporting documentation.

  • Ensure ORSA outputs align with regulatory expectations and enterprise risk appetite.

  • Maintainfamiliarity with NAIC ORSA Model Act requirements and insurance regulatory expectations.

GRC Tools & Risk Infrastructure

  • Lead the implementation, governance, and ongoing optimization of GRC platforms supporting ERM, controls,issuesmanagement, and risk reporting.

  • Establishenterprise standards for risk data, workflows, and reporting.

  • Drive consistent adoption and use of risk tools across operating companies.

Corporate Insurance Program Ownership

  • Own the corporate insurance program, including coverage design, exposure coordination, renewals, broker strategy, and claims oversight.

  • Partner with brokers, finance, andlegal to evaluatecoverage adequacy,optimizerisk transfer, and support strategic insurance decisions.

  • Provide executive-level analysis and recommendations related to insurance placement and risk financing.

Leadership & Influence

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on enterprise risk, ORSA, and insurance matters.

  • Act as the liaison with external advisors, consultants, and brokers.

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to risk management staff as applicable.

  • Influence risk culture and decision-making across the enterprise.

BasicQualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management within the insurance industry.

  • Property & Casualty insurance experience strongly preferred; Life/Health insurance experience also acceptable.

  • Demonstratedexperience leading ORSA coordination and drafting.

  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing GRC platforms in an ERM environment.

  • Experience owning or leading corporate insurance programs.

  • Strong executive-level communication skills, including drafting and presenting materials for senior leadership and regulators.

  • Proven ability tooperateindependently, exercise sound judgment, and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Experience working in a multi-entity or holding company insurance structure.

  • Familiarity with statutory insurance operations and regulatory engagement.

  • Prior experience presenting to boards or risk/governance committees.
