Job Summary
Traffic Management Consultant role supports the resourcing and workflow management of functional marketing work. Working closely with marketing leadership, stakeholder groups and functional areas, the primary function of this role is to ensure that marketing deliverables are properly resourced, prioritized and managed through to on-time completion. This position will establish and maintain positive working relationships between teams and stakeholder groups in effort to create the best possible experience for business partners while also establishing realistic target deadlines, communicating status and identifying and escalating risk appropriately. The Traffic Management Consultant role plays a critical role in enabling the marketing area to function at optimal efficiency and effectively execute on campaigns that drive results.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Build, maintain, and proactively manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables in a workflow system.
  • Manages flow of information between Enterprise Marketing & Communications working teams.
  • Tracks marketing deliverables to ensure proper resource alignment within functional teams and on-time progress.
  • Identifies and communicates project-specific risks, scheduling conflicts, or capacity constraints
  • Partners closely with project/portfolio managers, design, marketing, communications, digital and other functional teams
  • Create ongoing efficiency through proper resource management within functional teams.
  • Integrates with functional marketing areas to gain deep understanding of processes, identify improvement opportunities and partner to create efficiencies.
  • Subject-matter expert of workflow/project management software.

Job Requirements
Required Education and/or Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree/4-year degree

Recommended Education and/or Certifications
  • Related certifications such as LSS or PMP a plus

Required Work Experience
  • At least 4 years' experience in marketing, account services, project or program coordination, or other related field.
  • Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team building and collaboration.
