A day in the life.

As ourRisk Control Consultanton theRisk Managementteam, you'll deliver value added risk control services to assigned commercial clients in service territory or industry vertical. You'll also assist Producers in the acquisition and retention of business.

Our future colleague.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Five years of experience in a risk management consulting position either in private industry or Insurance company capacity or equivalent education and related training

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to travel in assigned territory including overnight on a regular basis

  • Problem solving ability and negotiating skills working with senior level client staff

  • Above average interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a team-based environment

  • Goal and result orientated

  • Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • ARM, CRM, CFPS, RIMS-CRMP, PTC Certificates, RMI, Fire Science degrees

  • Industry Experience 3-7 Years, Technical Expertise in ISO building construction classifications, NFPA standards, and OSHA Regulations

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate risks to clients, and internal colleagues

The applicable base salary range for this role is $81,900 to $143,400.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.Applications will be accepted until:September 30, 2026
