I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1995 and earned my Master's degree in 1997. My wife and I have been married for 31 years, and we have three sons—two college graduates and one currently a junior in college. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, golfing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. I also stay active in the community through local events and activities, including trap shooting programs.
We offer a competitive benefits package that includes health benefits, a Simple IRA retirement plan, a hiring bonus, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally while providing opportunities for long-term growth and success.
Our office culture is built on teamwork, integrity, and mutual support. I'm looking for someone who is self-driven, coachable, goal-oriented, and committed to doing the right thing. If you're looking for a career with a supportive team that values hard work, personal growth, and helping others, we'd love to meet you.
