Relationship Manager

Full‑Time | On‑Site | Peoria / Phoenix, AZ Salary Range: $55,000–$75,000 annually

Strategy Financial Group is an independent financial services firm dedicated to building long‑term, trusted relationships with our clients. We take a thoughtful, personalized approach to financial planning, combining strategy, clarity, and genuine care.

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our growing team and support our lead Financial Advisor in delivering exceptional, high‑touch client experiences. This is a full‑time, on‑site role for someone who is organized, service‑minded, and energized by being a key part of a close‑knit, professional team.

Why Work at Strategy Financial Group

  • Market‑competitive compensation

  • Weekly half‑day Fridays, supporting work–life balance

  • A culture of trust, autonomy, and ownership

  • Professional, collaborative, and people‑first environment

  • Stable, growing firm with long‑term career opportunity

At Strategy Financial Group, we believe great client experiences start the moment someone walks through our doors. We’re a growing, values‑driven financial planning firm dedicated to helping our clients retire with confidence, and we do that by putting people first, acting with integrity, and working as a true team.

What You’ll Do

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be a vital connection point between clients, advisors, and internal processes. Your work will directly support both client confidence and firm excellence.

  • Prepare and assist with customized financial plans and supporting materials

  • Support client and prospect meetings through data gathering, reporting, and follow‑up documentation

  • Manage life insurance and long‑term care applications from submission through issuance

  • Maintain accurate client records, reports, and compliance‑related documentation

  • Provide proactive, high‑quality client service and clear, timely communication

  • Partner closely with the Financial Advisor to ensure a smooth, professional client experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in relationship management, client service, financial processing, or a similar support role

  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Clear, professional communication skills, written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

  • A client‑first mindset and pride in delivering excellent service

Why Join Strategy Financial Group?

  • A collaborative, professional, and growth‑oriented environment

  • Direct exposure to financial planning and advisory work

  • The opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and develop your career

  • A firm that values integrity, follow‑through, and people—not just processes

Who Thrives in This Role

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Enjoy being the trusted point of contact clients rely on

  • Take pride in being organized, prepared, and detail‑oriented

  • Communicate clearly and professionally, and follow through consistently

  • Like supporting others and being an essential part of a high‑functioning team

  • Feel energized by helping people understand complex information with confidence

  • Are proactive, thoughtful, and calm under pressure

  • Value long‑term relationships and doing work that truly matters to clients

This role is ideal for someone who finds satisfaction in doing things well, supporting meaningful client relationships, and contributing to a firm where professionalism, care, and integrity are core values.

If you enjoy supporting clients, bringing order to complex information, and being a trusted part of a professional advisory team, we’d love to hear from you.
