We're seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Kiawah Seabrook Exclusives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys splitting their time between office duties and working on island to inspect and ensure our vacation rentals are ready for guest and owner arrivals.

Responsibilities
Property Care
• Inspect assigned list of rental properties to ensure they are ready for the owner/guest arrival
• Ensure arrival inspection check list is followed
• Define housekeeping discrepancies correcting minor issues and reporting others to appropriate
supervisors
• Report all maintenance issues to the appropriate vendor and/or supervisors
Team & Guest Support
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest and owner experiences
• Work to support guest with issues to find resolutions
• Be a point of contact with inspectors, maintenance, housekeepers and other vendors
• Communicate clearly with team members and management to improve efficiency
• Step in to support team members and management as needed
• Assist Property Management Team with office support as needed
Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Clean and Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Clean background check
• Be able to work some weekends and holidays. In summer season, working every Saturday is
required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications
• At least 1 year of property management or property care experience
• At least 1 year of housekeeping supervisor experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both in and out of an office environment
