Builtech is currently seeking a Project Manager ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15-25M+ annually.
  • Own the project financials and job profitability.
  • Orchestrator of the project team ? client, architect, superintendent, project engineer, etc.
  • Manage and communicate change orders, purchase orders and invoices.
  • Represent Builtech as the client?s primary contact.
  • Daily communication with your project teammates.
  • Partner with the superintendent to co-develop a master schedule and ensure it is updated weekly.

Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience

  • Proficiency in the following computer software systems: MS Office, MS Project and Procore
  • Skills including self-awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push and/or pull 40-pound loads at the same time
  • Must be able to stand, walk and climb sets of stairs carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include 
    walking, climbing, reaching, bending, or stretching
  • Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Valid Driver?s License and willingness to travel when necessary
