AMDEX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. The Project Manager shall be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will possess experience in project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, managing, and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets that meet the requirements of TMX-PIO stakeholders
  • Coordinating and leading cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution, including setting goals, objectives, and priorities
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, and developing and implementing effective contingency plans to minimize potential impacts
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress to TMX-PIO stakeholders on a regular basis, including providing timely and accurate updates on project status, issues, and changes
  • Ensuring compliance with established project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, including those related to quality, safety, and environmental management
  • Communicating project status, issues, and changes to TMX-PIO stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely manner, including providing recommendations for corrective action as needed
  • Developing, maintaining, and storing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, lessons learned, and other relevant records, in accordance with TMX-PIO's document management policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.

Certifications:

  • ADKAR or equivalent
