This role is based in the Milwaukee area and works closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Finance.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, timelines matter, and strong coordination across teams is essential to success.

As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment, execution, and successful delivery.

This role is responsible for driving structure, accountability, and progress across projects, not just tracking timelines.

Project Leadership & End-to-End Ownership

• • Lead projects from initial concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment to business strategy, customer expectations and speed to market.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Ensure all project activities are clearly defined, sequenced, and aligned to achieve desired outcomes
  • Drive accountability for milestones, deliverables, and overall project success

Cross-Functional Integration & Alignment

• • Act as the central point of coordination across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Finance
  • Align stakeholders on project scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication to ensure seamless execution across functions
  • Anticipate and manage competing priorities across stakeholders

Project Planning, Execution & Delivery

• • Build and maintain project plans that align with organizational project management frameworks
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely execution
  • Adjust plans as needed to respond to changing priorities, risks, and constraints
  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined scope, quality, and business requirements

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership
  • Translate complex project information into clear, actionable insights
  • Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization

Risk & Issue Management

• • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Develop mitigation plans and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Escalate critical risks and decisions appropriately
  • Ensure risks are managed to minimize disruption and support successful delivery

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• • Apply and support standardized project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
  • Identify opportunities to improve project execution processes and team effectiveness
  • Contribute to development of best practices within the Project Management group
  • Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned

Team Leadership (Without Direct Authority)

• • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
  • Provide clear direction, expectations, and priorities for project team members
  • Remove obstacles and support team effectiveness
  • Influence without authority to drive alignment and results

• You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and complexity is part of the job.
• You bring structure to ambiguity, align people who don’t report to you, and keep work moving forward without losing control of the details.
• You communicate clearly, anticipate challenges, and address issues after they become problems.
• You understand that great project management is about driving alignment and execution, not just maintaining a plan.

• 2–5 years of experience in project management or cross-functional project roles
• Experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or projects
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
