Job description

DASMEN Residential is looking for a Project Manager for our Renovations amp; Construction team to be based out of Ramsey. NJ region.
This position is entry level
Responsibilities:
  • Experience in construction management or property management
  • Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
  • Compiling vendor quotes
  • Ensuring work is within project scope
  • Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
  • Preparing any necessary work flow schedules and monitoring the same to enable meeting of reporting deadlines.
  • Ensure that A/P invoices are submitted to the corporate office for payment, handle petty cash and all funds.
