Project Manager (PMP Preferred) - Construction & Technology Infrastructure

Location: Reno, NV

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee technology infrastructure and construction-related projects throughout the Reno area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, AIA billing procedures, low-voltage systems, and fiber optic infrastructure. This position requires an individual who can effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

The successful candidate will possess a patient, balanced, and professional personality with the ability to navigate challenging situations while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, telecommunications, low-voltage, or related industries

Experience managing commercial construction projects

Experience with AIA billing, progress billings, and project cost tracking

Construction & Technical Knowledge

Understanding of fiber optic cable installation and structured cabling systems

Ability to read and interpret:
