Description

The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, strategic planning, and exceptional client communication to ensure successful product implementations and ongoing customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement. A strong understanding of project management methodologies, client engagement, and regulatory compliance-particularly in the casino gaming industry-is essential to succeed in this position.

Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
  • Define project objectives, create detailed plans, and coordinate internal teams and vendors.
  • Track progress, manage changes, and proactively address risks and issues.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular status reports to leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management tools and processes.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support departmental and company goals. 


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA) with technical understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Familiarity with SmartSheets and other project management tools is preferred,but not required. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience managing high-quality client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Understanding of casino gaming regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally 10-30% of the time to fulfill client and business needs.
  • Must have work authorization documents to work in the United States.

Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the selected candidate. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as business results.
