Sr. Delivery & Program Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite from Day 1)
Full Time with Tech Mahindra
 
Key Responsibilities Delivery & Program Management:
Lead end to end delivery of Oracle Financials (ERP Cloud / EBS) and Oracle EPM (FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, EPBCS) and/or SAP Finance (FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance) implementations.
Own delivery governance, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management across complex, multi workstream programs.
Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies (Oracle Unified Method, SAP Activate, or organizational delivery standards.
Proactively identify delivery risks and dependencies; define and execute mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, best practices, and delivery accelerators.
 
Team Leadership & People Management:
Build, lead, and mentor high performing onshore and offshore delivery teams.
Assign work, review deliverables, and ensure technical and functional quality across workstreams.
Provide coaching and career guidance to team members; support performance reviews and capability development.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results driven team culture.
 
Functional & Solution Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert in Finance transformation, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Costing, Revenue Recognition, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Consolidation.
Provide solution direction and validate functional and technical designs for Oracle and SAP finance solutions.
Guide clients on best practices, business process reengineering, and adoption of standard cloud capabilities.
 
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for senior internal stakeholders (practice leaders, delivery executives)
Build trusted relationships with external client stakeholders including Finance Directors, and IT leadership.
Facilitate executive level steering committee meetings, status reviews, and decision forums.
Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
 
Business Development & Proposals:
Proactively identify opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
Lead or contribute to proposal development, including solution design, estimations, resourcing models, and pricing.
Participate in client presentations, solution workshops and RFP/RFI responses.
 
 
Required Skills & Qualifications Core Skills:
Proven experience delivering Oracle Finance (ERP & EPM) and SAP Finance implementations.
Strong program and project management skills in large scale, complex environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional and geographically distributed teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making capabilities.
Experience 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience in ERP/EPM implementations.
