Program Operations Manager - Full Time
Pay Rate: $64,500
Schedule: Monday -Friday 9am-5pm with 2 weekend shifts per month, flexibility required outside of regular schedule

About the Role:
People Incorporated is seeking a Program Operations Manager (POM) to oversee operations at assigned residential sites. The POM ensures quality care, regulatory compliance, staffing, and support services for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily supports, medical needs, and service plans for individuals
  • Supervise, train, and schedule direct care staff
  • Maintain licensing compliance, safety drills, and quality assurance
  • Coordinate with guardians, clinicians, and outside agencies
  • Manage site budgets, payroll, and facility needs
  • Serve in an on-call rotation and assist other sites as need

QUALIFICATION
  • A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and two years' related experience, one year in a supervisory capacity; or an associate's degree and three years' related experience, one year in a supervisory capacity; or suitable combination of education and experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate effective project management skills
  • Ability to follow organization policies, procedures, and management decisions
  • Ability to supervise or coordinate others in a residential setting serving developmental and intellectually disabled adults
  • Ability to respond adeptly and responsibly to site and division emergencies
  • Ability to safely transport individuals using an Agency and/or personal vehicle
  • A qualifying criminal background check, driving record, and a valid driver's license
  • A current copy of all required health records and TB assessments
