Position Summary

Lead the CMP Pads, semiconductor business by driving product strategy, portfolio management, market competitiveness, and cross-functional execution.This roleis responsible fordrivingsustainable growth, margin expansion,operational excellence, and competitive productsolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business and product strategies based on customer needs, technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.

  • Lead cross-functional alignment,resource prioritization, and executionacrosscommercial, technical, andoperational priorities.

  • Partner closely with manufacturing and quality teams to improve capacity, yield, cost, supply continuity, change execution, and customer delivery.

  • Support strategic customer engagements and translate customer requirements into actionable planswith clear priorities.

Required Qualifications & Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, business management, marketing, operations, or related leadership roles within the semiconductor or advanced materials industry.

  • Strong business,financialand peopleacumen, including experience with pricing, profitability, forecasting, andstrategic planning.
