Inch&Co is a vertically integrated real estate company specializing in development, construction, property management, and investment. Our team brings projects to life from concept through completion and long-term operations.


Program Overview

The Inch&Co Real Estate Development Internship is designed to give students real-world exposure to the full lifecycle of a development deal,from sourcing and underwriting to construction and stabilization. This is a hands-on, rotational program where interns will work directly with leadership across multiple divisions.


What Youll Learn

By the end of the program, interns will:

  • Understand the full lifecycle of a real estate development project
  • Learn how acquisitions, capital, construction, and operations work together
  • Gain exposure to financial underwriting and deal analysis
  • Develop analytical, communication, and business skills
  • Complete a final project tied to a real Inch&Co initiative


Program Structure

Interns will rotate through key divisions:

  • Week 1: Program Kickoff & Development
  • Week 2: Capital & Investments (Cascade Capital)
  • Week 3: Construction
  • Week 4: Property Management
  • Week 5: Accounting
  • Week 6: Industry Exposure & Guest Speakers (Banking, Insurance, Leadership)
  • Week 7: Final Project, Presentations & Feedback


Responsibilities
