We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented and organized individual with a positive attitude who will thrive in our professional office environment serving as an Associate Insurance Advisor for our growing Insurance Department.  The Associate Insurance Advisor will work directly with clients on both personal and commercial lines for Property & Casualty, Life insurance, Disability Income, and Long-Term Care. 
The Associate Insurance Advisor plays a pivotal role in day-to-day interaction with prospects and clients. Salary & Benefits
  • Starting salary approximately $40,000 annually
  • Commission participation *50% of agency commission on internally generated opportunities. * 75% of agency commission on self-generated business.

What makes This Role Different
  • This is not a transactional quoting position. You will learn to approach insurance through broader planning mindset — working alongside professionals who integrate personal insurance, commercial risk management, and life protection planning into client conversations.
 
Responsibilities & Activities
   
Sales Performance & Pipeline Development 
  • Meet established activity and production expectations, including outbound outreach, follow-up, and appointment setting.
  • Build and maintain a personal pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and relationship development.
  • Convert opportunities generated internally through wealth management, tax partners, and insurance leadership.
  • Track activity and pipeline progress through CRM systems.
   Insurance Production
  • Develop new business across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Life Insurance, Disability Income, and Long-Term Care.
  • Emphasis on Life Insurance and protection planning conversations.
  •  Participate in proposal preparation, quoting, and client presentations.
   Client Support & Advisory Development
  • Assist with discovery meetings and annual reviews.
  •  Help prepare coverage summaries and recommendations.
  • Participate in client meetings and gradually take on greater responsibility as skills develop.
