Attention to detail and knowledge of photography techniques are essential for ensuring accurate and clear images.
To thrive as an Insurance Photographer, strong photography skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of documentation standards are essential, typically accompanied by experience in property or auto assessment. Familiarity with digital cameras, photo editing software, and insurance industry platforms (such as Xactimate or proprietary claim systems) is often required. Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and professionalism help in working with clients and meeting strict deadlines. These competencies are crucial for producing accurate, high-quality visual records that support efficient and fair insurance claim processing.

Help us create candid images at school andsports events that capture important moments for families. Take beautiful images for parents who want to remember the journey their sons and daughters are on as students and athletes, preserve their family history, and share their joy with the other people in their lives.
We believe in using our photographic talents to give back to the community, so in addition to taking senior, school, and sports portraits, we also donate our time to document events for organizations such as Stars and Stripes Honor Flight, Camp Hometown Heroes, and the Vince Lombardi Cancer Foundation.
About VIP
Visual Image Photography was started in 1978 by Tom Hayes. His father William Hayes opened a portrait studio in Shorewood, WI in 1950. Our goal since we began has been to take the best picture possible every time we press the shutter. In 2016, Tom's daughter Courtney became the new owner of VIP when he retired. The foundation of being committed to creating beautiful portraits continues to be a family tradition for over 75 years.
Our work culture is built on a team oriented mindset that has fun and brings a smile to the job everyday. Teaching new photographers the skills to create beautiful portraits, and helping our current staff to continue developing their skills is important to our company.
