Position Summary

We are seeking an Associate Insurance Operations Analyst to support operational initiatives by gathering business requirements, improving processes, and helping implement solutions that enhance efficiency. This role partners with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to document requirements, support testing, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements.
  • Create and maintain process maps, workflows, user stories, and project documentation.
  • Support project coordination by tracking action items, risks, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate meetings to clarify requirements and document outcomes.
  • Assist with system and business process testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate implemented solutions against business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project status updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational and technology initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, business analysis, project coordination, or process improvement.
  • Experience documenting requirements, workflows, and operational processes preferred.
