The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

BI Operations Operational Effectiveness is looking for a talented Business Delivery Consultant to join our Knowledge Management team. This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact by preserving and evolving critical institutional knowledge across Business Insurance Operations while helping shape the future of KM through AI-assisted content workflows.What Will You Do?
  • Contribute to the maturation of the KM discipline by advancing content governance practices and information architecture standards to drive measurable improvements to search and retrieval.
  • Apply AI prompting skills and AI-assisted content workflows to improve knowledge creation and delivery across the team.
  • Support team capacity and operational continuity as the KM function evolves its delivery model to meet current and future business demands.
  • Own and steward the knowledge base across BI OPS, ensuring content is accurate, organized, and current.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with line-of-business stakeholders to ensure contextual accuracy of the knowledge base.

  • Information Architecture: Ability to apply information architecture principles to improve knowledge base organization and usability
  • Strong Written Communication: Disciplined approach to documentation, content quality, and knowledge base stewardship
  • Exposure to strategy development, project management, or software delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
