Job description

Our Operations Managers impact students’ lives by:

  • Assisting the Transportation Manager with bus routing, maintaining student transportation updates, arrival and dismissal, and field trips
  • Assisting the Data Manager with testing procedures, logistics, and security
  • Assisting the Kitchen Manager with coordination, preparation, and submission of meal data for federal reimbursements
  • Assisting the Technology Manager with student and staff technology
  • Assisting the Office Manager in the registration and enrollment process
  • Preparing family communications
  • Supporting event coordination and other special projects as assigned by the Director of Finance & Operations
