runs; you'll be embedded in the day-to-day marketing operations of a multi-venue hospitality
group, contributing to campaigns that go live across five distinct brands. You'll leave this
internship with a portfolio of real work, a well-rounded skill set, and direct mentorship from a
working Marketing Manager.

its own identity and target audience

Vegas hospitality market
Activation Strategy & Promotions

- Film live, in-person content at venues, including events, promotions, food/drink features, and
behind-the-scenes moments
- Edit short-form video content using CapCut for Reels, TikTok, and Stories
- Assist in developing content concepts and shot lists tailored to each venue's brand voice
- Help maintain a consistent posting cadence and content library across all five locations
Traditional Marketing & Print Collateral
- Assist in designing and coordinating print materials such as menus, flyers, table tents, posters,
and signage
- Support production and distribution of promotional collateral across all venue locations
- Help ensure print materials stay consistent with brand guidelines across all five brands
Paid Media & Digital Advertising
- Assist in building, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google
PPC
- Learn audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and campaign performance tracking
Email Marketing & Content Strategy
- Support email campaign build-out, segmentation, and scheduling
- Contribute to content calendars and social media direction across venue-specific channels
Reputation Management
- Monitor and help manage online reputation across Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Meta
- Draft review responses and help identify trends in guest feedback
Analytics & ROI-Driven Decision Making
- Learn to pull, organize, and interpret performance data across campaigns and platforms
- Assist in building reports that connect marketing spend to business outcomes
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day administrative marketing operations, including asset organization, vendor
coordination, and internal communications
- Assist with on-site content capture (photo/video) at venues and events as needed
- Help coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, events, culinary) to align marketing
efforts with venue needs
- Conduct competitive and market research to inform campaign planning
- Assist in maintaining brand asset libraries and marketing collateral across all five venues
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality
Management, or a related field
- Eligible to receive college credit for internship work (coordination with your program required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple brands/projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with, or eagerness to learn, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing
platforms
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends; experience with CapCut or similar
short-form video editing tools a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Interest in the hospitality, nightlife, or restaurant industry a plus
- Must be able to travel between Las Vegas Valley venue locations
What You'll Walk Away With
- Real campaign experience across in-venue activations, paid media, email, and social
- A portfolio of completed marketing projects across five distinct hospitality brands
- Direct mentorship and career guidance from a Marketing Manager
- Practical understanding of multi-venue marketing operations, reputation management, and
ROI reporting
- College credit (if applicable through your institution) plus paid compensation
