Join Caterpillar's Building Construction Products (BCP) team! We're seeking two dynamic Marketing Representatives based in Cary, NC, ready to make an impact in a global industry leader.
Role Summary:
As part of Caterpillar's Pre-Field Representative Development Program, you'll gain hands-on experience, build valuable industry expertise, and learn to partner with our world-class dealer network to drive strategy and cultivate lasting customer relationships.
What You Will Do (Job Duties):
  • Build foundational knowledge of Caterpillar, including its products, services, and customer base
  • Grow both professionally and personally through focused soft skills development and hands-on technical training
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with experts in product development, dealer management, marketing, and sales
  • Participate in rotational assignments across Caterpillar to gain exposure to strategy, products, and operations
  • Manage an assigned territory, serving as a key liaison between Caterpillar and its dealer network

Summary Pay Range:
