About the Role

As Agency President, you join a well-established insurance organization in the Los Angeles area. You lead all aspects of sales, business development, client service, retention, and internal operations. You continue to strengthen the culture, ensuring employees work towards common goals and have opportunities to reach individual achievements. You liaise with the board of directors, staying in communication on agency performance and how to execute long-term strategies. Finally, you work closely with insurance companies to maximize partnership potential.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily business operations with close involvement in budgets/finance, revenue/portfolio management, Human Resources, systems, audits, contracts and contingencies, and general administration
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels and balanced workloads
  • Scale infrastructure to match agency growth
  • Monitor book of business performance and ensure teams achieve set KPIs
  • Hire, train, and manage sales and client service teams to reach client retention and business development goals
  • Implement technology
  • Manage vendor relationships
