Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in various tasks and projects across different departments (Underwriting, Claims, Safety, etc.).
  • Shadow team members to gain a deeper understanding of day-to-day operations in each department.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support department-specific initiatives.
  • Help prepare and organize reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Assist in the development of process improvements and recommendations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to department goals.
  • Take part in company-wide events and training sessions to enhance your learning experience.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
