Position Details

Location: 403A-55 Head St, Dundas, Ontario
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Role Overview

As a Senior Property & Casualty Insurance Advisor, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. You will support clients through important life milestones—such as purchasing a vehicle, home, or investment property—by providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions.

Your mission is to assess each client’s unique needs, recommend the most appropriate coverage, and build trusted, long-term relationships. As a senior advisor, you will also set the standard for service excellence and contribute to the ongoing success of the team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and service auto and property insurance products
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals
  • Conduct in-depth fact-finding to assess client needs and existing coverage
  • Develop and present customized insurance solutions
  • Prepare quotes and manage the application and underwriting process
  • Deliver policies and provide ongoing client service and follow-ups
  • Communicate with claims adjusters and assist clients through claims processes
  • Maintain industry knowledge and stay current with product offerings
  • Contribute to team performance and mentor junior team members where applicable
  • Enhance the agency’s reputation through professionalism and client satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong sales and prospecting experience with a proven track record
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and client-focused approach
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry practices

Education & Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Valid RIBO or OTL license (required)
  • LLQP license (required)
  • Ongoing commitment to continuing education and professional development

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $80,000 plus
  • Monthly production bonuses
