In this onsite role, you'll work directly with clients to identify their insurance needs, provide customized coverage options, and build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service. Whether you're assisting new customers or servicing existing policies, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals and families make informed insurance decisions.

Your Role as a Texas General Lines Insurance Agent

Every day offers the opportunity to make a positive impact. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Quoting, selling, and servicing personal and commercial insurance policies

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate coverage options

  • Explaining policy features, coverages, and endorsements clearly and accurately

  • Processing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations

  • Following up on leads and generating new business opportunities

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

  • Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with Texas insurance regulations

As one of the first points of contact for our clients, you'll combine industry knowledge with outstanding communication skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Active General Lines Property & Casualty License (required)

  • Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency with computers and agency management systems

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
