Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs.
  • Provide customized solutions for Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present quotes, explain coverage options, and guide clients through the buying process.
  • Cross-sell and round out household accounts when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity notes within our CRM.
  • Work closely with the agency team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
