The Ivan Chapa Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring a Sales & Retention Specialist to follow up on warm leads, cross-sell to current clients, and keep business flowing consistently.


This isnt a sit-back customer service role. Youll be actively working leads, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue every day with the opportunity to earn more based on your results.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do:

  • Work warm leads and follow up consistently
  • Revisit past quotes and revive old opportunities
  • Cross-sell to current clients and grow accounts
  • Qualify leads and book appointments
  • Deliver great service while driving sales
  • Generate referrals and reviews
  • Keep your pipeline organized and active

Requirements

  • Bilingual is a plus (not required)
  • Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license (required to succeed in role)
