Position Overview:

A head instructor at Premier Martial Arts location is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be their best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key for the success of this position.

Providing A+ Quality of Class Instruction:

Training and Education of Instructor Management:

  • Certified Instructor Training

  • Setting appointments for Intros

Outline(Hours) of a Day Full-Time Instructor

  • Monday-Thursday 1:30pm-9:30pm
  • PNO- Second Friday of the Month 6:30pm-11:00pm
  • WBBB- Last Friday 6:30pm-8:00pm
  • Saturdays- 9am-12:00pm
  • Intros

  • After 12:00 Birthday Parties (As Needed/Scheduled)

Compensation
$45,000 Per Year Starting Salary with Bonus Incentives!
