This role will allow you to help to set the service standard that other customer service representatives will strive to achieve. As a member of our highly-valued customer service team you will be critical to our efforts to provide our customers and team members with efficient and professional client service. As a member of our customer service team working in our office in Sparks, NV your main mission will be to work the front lines of customer service to generate the very first positive impression clients make about our company.

Your expert attention to detail will ensure that the information you are responsible for will be entered the system in an efficient and accurate manner. This role will also allow you to learn more about the insurance industry while taking on other duties such as helping the recruiting team with their recruiting efforts as the office continues to grow.
