Other requirements of the Producer role include:

  • 3+ years of previous business-to-business sales experience

  • Commercial Insurance sales experience highly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience selling to a specific industry a plus

  • Required to obtain the appropriate state licensing with 90 days of hire

  • Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations

  • Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines

  • Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently

Given the responsibilities of this position, HUB is offering a compensation structure of base pay + commission. The expected base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $250,000 per year and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. In addition, this position is eligible for commission, which will bewholly derivedfrom the successful candidate's closed sales transactions.The commission structure variesbyscope of work and book of business.
