(NYSE: ESNT) is a Bermuda-based holding company (collectively with its subsidiaries, "Essent") which serves the housing finance industry by offering private mortgage insurance, reinsurance, risk management products and title insurance and settlement services to mortgage lenders, borrowers, and investors to support homeownership. We are focused on managing risk and dedicated to serving as a strong and fair counterparty. As a company, we bring strong private capital and a commitment to risk management to the mortgage insurance industry.

Title: Product Manager, Title Integrations

Location: Fully in-office in Radnor, PA

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Manager for Title Integrations to own and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of our partner integration strategy. This pivotal role will be responsible for establishing and managing connections with key Loan Origination Systems, banking partners, and third-party software providers. Under the guidance of Director, Program Management, you will transform our client-facing experience by seamlessly integrating these external services with our core next-generation platform. The ideal candidate is a product leader with deep title industry knowledge, a passion for process improvement, and a proven track record of managing complex partner ecosystems.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

  • Drive the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of client-facing integrations by leveraging data, analytics, and customer feedback to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex integration initiativesโ€”scoping, planning, execution, and performance trackingโ€”while partnering with cross-functional teams and monitoring KPIs for adoption and business impact.
  • Serve as a key liaison across clients, vendors, business units, and IT to deliver and enhance B2B integrations for Title Insurance and Settlement Services.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships and represent the organization across industry groups and partners (e.g., MISMO, LOS) to support seamless, high-quality integration experiences.
  • Develop and maintain data mapping and documentation aligned with lender requirements, underwriting guidelines, and product changes, applying strong business and domain expertise.
  • Monitor industry trends and standards to assess impacts on data, integrations, and business processes, and communicate insights across stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across integration projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues.
  • Lead testing and implementation activitiesโ€”including system, integration, and user acceptance testingโ€”to ensure successful deployment and production readiness.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including roadmap ownership and leading cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
  • 3+ years of experience in the mortgage banking industry; Title industry experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with modern technology architecture and mortgage industry data standards (MISMO).
  • Experience in partnership management or business development, with a track record of successfully negotiating and managing integrations with third-party software providers.
  • Familiarity with mortgage and real estate platforms (e.g., Encompass, Calyx, Qualia, SoftPro) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with underwriting, integrations, or back-office systems a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with ability to work across business and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile/Scrum experience; Azure DevOps familiarity a plus.

Our commitment to your success is enhanced by our competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and disability benefits. We work to maintain a positive environment for our employees, where people can learn and grow with the company. Essent is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
