As an Implementation Specialist, you will help healthcare organizations successfully deploy Baxter's clinical communication and workflow solutions. You will lead onsite implementation activities, deliver product education, support go-live events, and provide post-deployment support to help customers adopt technology that improves clinical communication and operational workflows.
Your Team
You will join the Care Communications team, which delivers clinical communication, workflow automation, and mobile communication solutions for healthcare providers. The team partners with hospital stakeholders throughout implementation to support successful technology adoption and long-term customer success.
What You'll Do
  • Perform hardware provisioning activities and device configuration to support deployment requirements. Assist with hardware deployment as needed.
  • Deliver onsite implementation activities, including workflow validation, system testing, and go-live readiness tasks.
  • Provide product education and training for clinical and operational users on Baxter Care Communications solutions.
  • Support customer go-live events and resolve implementation-related issues.
  • Provide post-deployment support, including system optimization activities and issue resolution.
  • Support onsite device upgrades, replacements, and related technical deployment activities.
  • Document project outcomes, implementation summaries, lessons learned, and deployment results.
  • Complete implementation services according to project timelines, customer requirements, Baxter requirements, and hospital credentialing standards.
  • Complete appropriate administrative tasks (timesheets, expense reports, education-related tasks, etc) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by Clinical Implementation Manager

What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in education, Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in training, implementation, technical support, healthcare support, or a customer-facing technology role.
  • Experience delivering end-user training, user adoption activities, or go-live support.
  • Familiarity with project implementation processes and deployment activities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • Experience with hardware provisioning, mobile device deployment, device upgrades, or device lifecycle management.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet hospital credentialing requirements, including background checks and applicable vaccination requirements.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $68,000 - $93,500. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
