AAA Total Rewards Package includes:

  • The starting base compensation for this position is $17.45 to $31.48. For candidates located in New Jersey, the salary range is $21.55 to $31.48. Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
  • This position is eligible to earn uncapped monthly bonuses, with average bonus pay of $1,132.00 - $2,233.00per month

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
  • Schedule Requirements:
    Sundays, 9:00am-4:00pm, and Monday through Thursday, 9:30am-6:00pm
  • 2+ years of sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto)
  • Experience selling in multiple states OR selling multiple carriers preferred
  • Proficiency in navigating a variety of software (such as CRM, carrier platforms, agency management system, and MS Office).

The primary duties of the Insurance Sales Agent are to:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.Offering an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products
  • Establish strong customer and community relationships to help develop additional leads and referrals
  • Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters
