Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) Machine Operator 
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) Machine Operator to join our production team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering full-time hours and the potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment and be committed to maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and workplace safety.

Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packaging machines. 
  • Ensure products are packaged according to company quality standards. 
  • Perform machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance as needed. 
  • Monitor production runs and identify issues affecting efficiency or product quality. 
  • Conduct routine inspections and document production data accurately. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following food safety and GMP guidelines. 
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies. 
  • Assist with general production duties as assigned.
 
Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous experience operating VFFS machines preferred. 
  • Manufacturing, packaging, or food production experience is a plus. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality. 
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. 
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
