Position Details
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Location: On-site in Conroe, TX (at Conroe-North Houston Regional Airport)
  • Travel: This role may occasionally travel with leadership as needed (conferences, events, business meetings); company covers all trip costs (flights, hotels, meals)

What You'll Do
As our Content Manager, you'll take full ownership of planning, filming, editing, and publishing video content across all platforms. This is a hands-on role with a focus on growing our audience and showcasing the aviation industry. You'll work directly with leadership to create compelling long-form YouTube videos and daily short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Content Planning: Research topics, craft hooks and outlines, manage the content calendar
  • Production: Film and direct video shoots, capture B-roll, coordinate with talent
  • Post-Production: Edit long-form videos (8-15 min) and shorts (15-60s) with strong pacing and storytelling
  • Publishing: Create titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and end screens; post natively on all platforms
  • Performance: Monitor analytics, iterate based on data, and drive continuous improvement
  • Team Management: Manage contractors as needed (thumbnail designers, captioners)
  • Asset Management: Build and maintain searchable footage libraries, templates, and brand resources
