The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
The Coverage & Forms team plays a critical role in the strategy, development, maintenance, and compliance of insurance products that are offered to customers and agents. As an Analyst, Coverage & Forms, you will play a supporting role in the revision and enhancements of coverage forms and contracts, coverage rules and customer notifications.What Will You Do?
  • Perform maintenance or revisions to policy coverage forms, coverage rules, contracts, and non-policy forms. Draft forms wording with assistance from team members. Create filing documentation.
  • Validate and confirm form changes meet state regulation and statutes using compliance tools and other resources.
  • Conduct basic competitor coverage analysis and when required, create side-by-side coverage comparisons for filing documentation and other purposes.
  • Understand the impact coverage and form changes and decisions have on stakeholders. Perform basic coverage and form analysis and respond to questions or inquiries.
  • Conceptualize, synthesize, and resolve coverage, wording, and forms issues.
  • Adhere to workflow processes and controls and ensure form changes align with requirements and state filings. Utilize forms development and testing/validation tools.
  • Perform form responsibilities with basic understanding of rate, quote, issuance, and publishing systems to facilitate development of forms. With assistance, support required system implementation of form changes including communication, documentation, and forms validation.
  • May assist with development of communications, documentation, training, and marketing materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • Two years of insurance forms/product development, claims, or legal experience.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of insurance products, systems, forms, coverage, compliance, regulatory environment, and insurance financials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic organization and time management skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year of professional work experience.
