Job description

Position Overview
AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Insurance Education Specialist to help clients understand insurance coverage options and make informed decisions for themselves and their families. You will work virtually with prospective clients, provide needs-based education, and support a professional and positive insurance experience.
This role offers warm leads, weekly pay, ongoing coaching, and the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective clients through warm leads
  • Schedule and conduct virtual client consultations
  • Ask questions to understand client needs and priorities
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Educate clients on benefits, coverage, and available services
  • Provide timely follow-up and responsive support
  • Maintain organized and accurate client communication records
  • Attend training and participate in team development
