Company: Neighbors Choice Roofing
Location: Central Florida (The Villages, Oxford, Wildwood, Sumter, Lake, and Marion Counties)
Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: Percentage-based commission

About Us

Neighbors Choice Roofing is a family-owned and operated roofing company proudly serving Central Florida. Our team brings decades of combined experience and a reputation for honesty, professionalism, and quality workmanship. Licensed and insured, we offer residential and commercial roofing services, repairs, warranty claims, insurance claim handling, and free drone inspections. Conveniently located across from the Metro Diner on E CR 466 in Oxford, we are committed to protecting our neighbors’ homes and businesses with roofing done right.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, relationship-driven Account Managers to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners and businesses, managing their roofing projects from first inspection through final payment.

This role is 100% performance-based, with compensation tied directly to the percentage of revenue generated from your accounts. Your commission percentage will be based on your experience and performance level.

This is more than a sales role — it’s a career path. Neighbors Choice Roofing is expanding quickly, and top performers will have the opportunity to move up, lead their own team, and grow with the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main liaison between homeowners, insurance representatives, and our roofing crews.

  • Educate customers on roofing options, repairs, and insurance processes in a clear, professional manner.

  • Conduct inspections (with training and drone tools provided) to identify roofing needs.

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community connections.

  • Maintain communication throughout each project, ensuring homeowners feel informed and supported.

  • Track accounts from contract signing through installation and warranty follow-up.

  • Collaborate with our experienced crews and office team to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills; ability to build trust quickly.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

  • Sales or account management experience preferred (roofing or construction experience a plus, but not required—training provided).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts at once.

  • Familiarity with Central Florida communities is a bonus.

  • Ambition to grow into leadership and team management.

Compensation & Reviews

  • Commission-based pay: earn a percentage of profit determined by your experience and performance.

  • Incentives and bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Weekly commission payouts after final project payment is received.

  • Quarterly performance reviews to evaluate growth, compensation, and advancement opportunities.

  • Career growth opportunities: potential to lead your own team as the company continues rapid expansion.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Family-owned, locally trusted roofing company.

  • Work with the same professional crews that have installed hundreds of roofs in the area.

  • Flexible schedule and independence—your earnings are in your hands.

  • Be part of a company on the rise, with real room for advancement.

  • A team that treats every customer like a neighbor — and every teammate like family.
