Job description

Lawn Doctor of North Raleigh is currently seeking a highly motivated, responsible person with a great work ethic and attention to detail to join our team. This position will work directly with, and report to the owner of the franchise. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a small, fast growing company and have a direct impact on its success, while advancing their careers. This is an entry level position with a high likelihood for promotion as the company grows. Lawn Doctor of North Raleigh is very loyal to its employees and rewards strong effort and success.
The ideal candidate MUST have:
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation to/from work
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to obtain a NC Ground Pesticide Applicator's License
- Prior experience applying chemicals to turf, operating commercial lawn equipment and/or professional landscape experience is a bonus, but not required
Compensation and Benefits:
- $35 -45k(DOE) + overtime
- Quarterly Production and Annual Bonuses
- Health Insurance(after 90 days employment)

- Very Little Weekend Work(except as needed for weather and workload)

Position Duties (include, but not limited to):
- Application of products to customers' lawns using our patented stand on equipment
- Communicating with the customer about conditions or issues in their lawn
- Daily communication with owner regarding equipment/product needs and customer lawn conditions
- Daily cleaning and inspection of equipment and service vehicles
- Loading/unloading of products and equipment from service vehicles
- Equipment repair and maintenance
Lawn Doctor of North Raleigh is a local franchise that specializes in fertilizer and weed control, insect control, seeding and aeration, soil enrichment, among other lawn applications. Lawn Doctor is celebrating 50 years in the lawn care industry this year, but our North Raleigh franchise started operating in 2016. We are a young franchise that is growing at a very fast rate and we need great employees to continue this trend.
