Job description

We are looking for a talented Data Developer to join one of our top communications partners. This person will provide additional support for several new Emerging Tech-related products that they collect data on. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL, BI/Data Analysis, and Data Visualization experience. This position is hybrid four days per week onsite in Greenwood Village with one day remote.
 DATA DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong SQL Querying experience
  • Business Intelligence and/or Data Analysis experience
  • Data Visualization Experience (Tableau preferred; PowerBI, Google Viz, etc. also acceptable)
  • Data Communication skills
Bonus skills:
  • Python scripting experience
  • Big Data experience
  • AWS or any cloud services experience
  • Telecom industry experience
  • Analytics mindset (prior experience)

DATA DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reporting and Analytics on several different projects this team is supporting for the Emerging Technology department.
  • Performing ad-hoc requests, creating data visualizations/reports/dashboards, analyzing data using SQL to support several new projects all related to the Emerging Technology departments products/projects/proof of concepts.
  • Reporting on latency performance and quality of experience for some of the Emerging Tech's newer products/projects.
  • Creating observability around a new Content Delivery Network (CDN) using data - this is a services application related to the edge network
  • Effectively communicate findings and insights that they draw from the data to relevant stakeholders / requestors
  • Responsible for building, managing, and deploying custom analyses and writing new codes to support recurring reports via data extraction, monitoring, documentation, reporting, visualization, dashboarding, analytics, and communicating those insights.
  • Reporting & dashboarding on very high-volume data.
  •  Performing ad-hoc requests, creating data visualizations/reports/dashboards, analyzing data using SQL to support several new projects all related to the Emerging Technology departments products/projects/proof of concepts.
  • Heavy reporting, dashboarding, & visualizations to make the data digestible for various product teams.
  • Heavy SQL coding & Tableau visualization.
  • Product-facing, leadership-facing reporting and dashboarding.
  • Create observability around a new Content Delivery Network (CDN) using data.
