Revenue AnalyticsManager

The Revenue Analytics Manager delivers the data, analytics, and insights that drive go-to-market decisions at Lytx. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership. We define pipeline and revenue metrics, surfaces risks across the customer lifecycle, and turns advanced analytics into strategies that drive new customer growth and retentionacross theLytx customer base.

You'll Get to:

  • Define and own pipeline, revenue, and retention metrics that inform GTM strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to surface conversion bottlenecks, coverage gaps, and underpenetrated markets, including TAM, CAC, and LTV analysis.

  • Build and maintainLytx'sIdeal Customer Profile (ICP) using firmographic, behavioral, and product usage data to guide targeting and forecasting.

  • Run churn, renewal, and lifecycle analyses to identify retention risks and expansion opportunities.

  • Build and maintain scalable SQL data models and pipelines that power GTM reporting.

  • Design and own executive Tableau dashboards covering revenue, retention, and operational performance.

  • Translate complex findings into clear narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.

PreferredQualifications

  • 7+ years in analytics, data engineering, or revenue operations within a GTM or SaaS environment.

  • Track record partnering with Sales and Marketing leadership to translate ambiguous problems into structured analyses.

  • Strong command of SaaS metrics, including CAC, LTV, ARR, funnel conversion, and churn.

  • Advanced SQL skills with experience working on large, complex datasets.

  • Proficiency in Tableau or an equivalent BI tool.

  • Experience building and deploying machine learning models in Python or a similar language.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, marketing automation platforms, and modern data warehouses.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$123,000.00 - $155,000.00
