LOCATION: Fort Lauderdale FL
THE ROLE:We're seeking a sharp, strategic B2B Copywriter ready to act as the Chief Editor across our content marketing ecosystem. You'll craft and shape compelling narratives that cut through the noise-and help elevate IGEL's voice as a global thought leader in secure end-user computing.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Write and edit a wide range of B2B content, including:
  • Blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, ghostwritten executive content, landing pages, email sequences, and website copy
  • Press releases, media statements, and analyst-facing materials that reinforce strategic positioning
  • Serve as Chief Editor, owning IGEL's editorial standards, tone of voice, and copy quality across all formats
  • Refine and elevate content that other writers and contributors developed, ensuring brand alignment and excellence
  • Craft narratives that bring complex topics such as Zero Trust, VDI/DaaS, and secure endpoint management to life
  • Shape and evolve IGEL's content architecture and messaging framework across the customer journey
  • Translate technical value into compelling stories for multiple audiences-including CIOs, security leaders, and IT practitioners
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and Sales Enablement to align content with GTM priorities
  • Partner with Channel and Partner Marketing to co-create joint stories, campaigns, and co-branded assets.
  • Contribute to field programs by scripting customer wins, packaging speaker content, and supporting sales motions with tailored messaging
  • Drive best practices in SEO, performance analytics, and web-based storytelling
  • Collaborate with designers to enhance narrative delivery through visual storytelling (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
  • Maintain and manage the content calendar, ensuring a healthy, strategic pipeline of impactful work

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-5 years of B2B copywriting and content leadership experience in a software or technology company
  • Experience acting as both a content creator and an editorial leader with a deep sense of voice and tone
  • Background in journalism, PR, or editorial publishing-strong interviewing and story development skills
  • Familiarity with buyer personas and journey-based messaging in complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Proven ability to simplify technical and abstract concepts into human-first storytelling
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools and content platforms like BrightEdge, Semrush, Clearscope, Asana, HubSpot, or WordPress
  • Knowledge of EUC, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or Zero Trust security (a plus)
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end-from idea to execution-with minimal oversight

What Makes You Stand Out
  • You think like an editor, write like a journalist, and execute like a strategist
  • You take pride in elevating the voices of others, especially executives and customer champions
  • You're as comfortable scripting a keynote deck as you outline a content campaign
  • You've worked across GTM, PR, and field marketing functions to align storytelling with business impact
  • You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where content is central to brand and pipeline

WE OFFER:
  • Health, dental, vision, and prescription benefits (employee premiums covered by IGEL)
  • 11 company-paid holidays per year
  • 18-22 days of PTO per year (18 days in year 1, 20 days starting in year 2 and 22 days after 5 years of service)
  • Sick time of 10 days per year, with rollover of unused days
  • 401(k) plan with 100% company match
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave
  • Monthly home office allowance
  • Remote working opportunities and flexible working times, so you can combine your demanding work with your personal goals
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Financial Wellness tool
  • Company-paid life insurance policy, long-term disability (LTD), and short-term disability (STD) coverage
  • Wellbeing apps, including Rightway, Headspace and Wellhub
  • Training and development opportunities to advance your career
  • President's Club for the highest performing salespeople and overachievers
  • An amazing culture powered by a workplace run on trust, empowerment, and feedback with a positive, inspiring working atmosphere
