Recruiting Coordinator

NavSav Insurance is seeking a highly organized and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team and help deliver an efficient, professional candidate experience. This position will assist with interview scheduling, candidate sourcing, recruiting administration, and the initial steps of the onboarding process.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This individual will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and HR to keep the hiring process organized and moving forward.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule phone screens, interviews, and follow-up meetings between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process and provide timely updates.
  • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, the applicant tracking system, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Review resumes and identify candidates who meet basic position requirements.
  • Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms and company career pages.
  • Assist recruiters with candidate outreach and pipeline development.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Support recruiters with administrative tasks, reporting, and requisition management.
  • Collect required information and documentation from candidates following offer acceptance.
  • Initiate the onboarding process and coordinate the transition of new hires to the HR and onboarding teams.
  • Assist with background checks, licensing verification, and other pre-employment requirements as needed.
  • Help ensure a consistent, organized, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.


Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, administrative support, or a similar role.
