We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at Concierge Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Inc. located in Medford, Oregon. This position operates onsite within patients' homes in the Medford area. The home care environment allows therapists to customize treatment based on the individual needs of each patient in a familiar and comfortable setting. Our therapists work closely with patients to design personalized treatment plans that facilitate recovery while accommodating their everyday lives. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, providing a stable and predictable schedule, contributing to work-life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, incorporating detailed patient histories, physical assessments, and individualized goal-setting prior to treatment initiation.
• Design and implement effective treatment protocols tailored to the needs identified during the evaluation, focusing on improving physical function, strength, and mobility.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as orthopedic surgeons and primary care physicians, to ensure coordinated and effective care plans that adapt as the patient progresses.
• Carefully document all aspects of patient care, from initial evaluations through treatment sessions and discharge planning, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Meet productivity standards by effectively managing time with each patient, while also engaging in community outreach and educational initiatives.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to further own professional development and enhance clinical skills, potentially serving as a clinical instructor for upcoming physical therapists.
• Address barriers to patient care by utilizing site-specific data to improve accessibility and patient experiences within the home.

This role primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, various injuries, or chronic conditions that impact mobility and functionality. As you work with diverse populations, you will see a wide range of cases that require personalized treatment approaches to meet the unique physiological and emotional needs of each individual.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in Oregon.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers.
